Double Shot Please!

Millions of Americans are drained. We are all reaching for a jolt to keep our energy level productive, usually leading us to grab forms of caffeine or sugar. Soon to be followed with a crash, forcing us to do it all over again. Are we living or are we surviving? In today’s modern life we have added in a great deal of tasking and responsibility without upping the anti on our nutrition. In fact, choosing a longer list throughout the day over taking care of our body has nutritionally deprived us even more.

I know we have all located our nearest Starbucks to get our double shot of espresso; now is the time to find our nearest juice bar!
